What we collect
When you send a request for quotation we collect:
- your name, company, work email, phone number and company website
- your country or market and buyer type
- the details of your request and any files you upload
Why we use it
We use this information only to answer your request, prepare quotations and samples, and manage the resulting business relationship. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Requests are stored in our website database and sent by email to our export sales team. Uploaded files are kept in a protected folder that is not publicly accessible. Only authorised staff can access them.
How long we keep it
We keep request data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing contract or legal obligation.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it, by emailing info@thhfurniture.com.
Website analytics
If you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to see which pages are visited, from which country and on which kind of device. This data is aggregated, we do not use it to identify you, and we do not use advertising features or share it for advertising.
