What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, finish and packaging. We confirm it in your quotation, and several products can be combined in one container.
Can you make products to our own design?
Yes. Most of our output is OEM/ODM: we work from your drawings, CAD files or reference photos and adapt dimensions, wood grade, finish, hardware, packaging and labels.
Do you make samples before production?
Yes. We make a confirmation sample on the production line for your approval before mass production. Sample timing and cost are confirmed with the quotation.
How quickly do you reply to a request?
We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (GMT+7).
Which certifications do you hold?
FSC® Chain of Custody SA-COC-016121 (licence FSC-C226314) for FSC 100% acacia products, and an amfori BSCI social audit of our Thai Hoa factory with an overall rating of B. An ISO management system is being implemented.
Where does your wood come from?
From plantation-grown Acacia mangium and acacia hybrid, mainly from our own 10,000 ha of plantations in Northern Vietnam. We do not harvest natural forest.
What moisture content do you dry to?
We dry to the target of your market: 8–12% for the EU and US, 10–14% for Japan, or the value agreed for your order.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, fumigation / phytosanitary certificate and, for FSC 100% orders, the FSC claim on the invoice. Batch codes and packing photos are available on request.
Where do you ship from?
Our export shipments leave from Hai Phong port, Vietnam. Incoterms and payment terms are agreed per order in the quotation.
Which markets do you supply?
Buyers in Europe, the United States, Asia and Australia.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Many buyers audit our plantations and factories before the first order. Contact us and we will plan the visit around your schedule.
Can you supply a mixed container?
Yes. Supplementary products such as flooring, wall cladding, pallets and plywood can be combined with our core ranges in one shipment.
