Solid acacia wood panels for furniture makers and joinery

THH Furniture supplies solid acacia wood panels to furniture manufacturers, joinery shops and retailers. Four formats cover most projects: finger-jointed boards, full-length edge-glued panels, live-edge boards and herringbone panels. Everything is made from plantation acacia and kiln-dried to your market moisture target. Glued panels use Koyobond D4 (EN 204/205) water-resistant adhesive and are sanded on both faces.

Our finger-joint lines produce around 1,000 m³ of boards per month, and every format can be supplied in standard EU or US sizes or cut to size.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between finger-jointed and edge-glued panels?

A finger-jointed panel is made from short lamellas joined end to end with finger joints and glued edge to edge. A full-length edge-glued panel uses staves that run end to end, so there are no finger joints and the grain is continuous.

Which sizes and thicknesses do you supply?

Standard 2,440 x 1,220 mm plus EU and US formats, in thicknesses from 12 to 32 mm. Custom sizes are available on request.

What moisture content and tolerance do you work to?

Moisture content is 10-14%, set to your market target. Tolerance is ±2 mm on length and width and ±0.2 mm on thickness.

Which glue do you use?

Koyobond D4 (EN 204/205), a water-resistant adhesive.
