Edge-glued panels from full-length staves
Full-length staves run end to end, giving the uninterrupted grain buyers expect on dining tables, butcher-block worktops and stair treads. Staves are colour-matched, edge-glued with Koyobond D4 adhesive, calibrated to thickness and sanded on both faces. See the full-length edge-glued acacia panel for the full specification.

- Thickness: 12 to 32 mm; grades AA to CC
- Moisture content 10-14% set to your market target; tolerance ±2 mm length and width, ±0.2 mm thickness
- Surface sanded P180-240 on both sides; palletised with PE/POF shrink wrap and slip sheets

What is an edge-glued panel?
A panel made by gluing solid wood staves side by side. In a full-length edge-glued panel the staves run the whole length, so there are no finger joints.
