OEM furniture manufacturer in Vietnam: working with private-label brands
We develop and produce acacia furniture, deck tiles and solid wood products to your drawing or reference photo. Dimensions, finish, colour, hardware, packaging and private label can all be adapted. Because drying, machining, assembly, finishing and packing happen in our own factories under one management, a change to your specification is agreed once and followed through to the container.
The steps are the same for every project: brief and drawing review, costing and quotation, a confirmation sample built on the production line, pre-production approval, then mass production with batch quality control and full export documents.
OEM or ODM: what is the difference?
With OEM we build to your drawing or specification. With ODM we develop the product from your brief or reference photo, agree a sample with you and then produce it. Both can be private label. A drawing or reference photo, the target volume, the market you sell in and any packaging or labelling needs. Our export sales team replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (GMT+7).
Which parts of a product can be customised?
Dimensions, finish, colour, hardware, packaging and private label. For deck tiles you can also specify wood species, base type, slat count and tile size.
Do you offer custom wood furniture design (ODM)?
Yes. Send a brief or reference photo and we propose a sample for your approval before production.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
They depend on the product, finish and packaging, so we confirm them with your quotation.
