Primary processing
From log to dry, stable timber
Logs from our plantations are sorted, sawn and kiln-dried on site, so we control quality before a single board is machined.

THH Furniture produces up to 35,000 m³ a year across 20,000 m² of covered production space in Tuyen Quang and Hanoi, with 10 moisture-controlled drying kilns. Our finger-joint lines make around 1,000 m³ of boards per month and our decking tile assembly lines can ship up to 30 containers of tiles per month. More than 200 people work across our factories and Hanoi office.
Machinery covers every step from rough timber to packed product: four-sided planers and moulders, finger-joint lines and high-frequency presses, CNC cutting, multi-stage and wide-belt sanding and decking tile assembly. Batches stay consistent from the first container to the fiftieth.
