FSC & BSCI Certified Wood Manufacturer
THH Furniture Vietnam JSC | Member of THH Holdings
10,000 hectares of managed plantations. 200+ employees. 35,000 m³ of processed wood annually.
These are not the figures of a small workshop. These are the operating capabilities of THH Furniture Vietnam — a wood manufacturing and export company under THH Holdings Group.
1. A Member of THH Holdings
THH Furniture Vietnam JSC was established in 2025 with an investment capital of VND 66 billion, specializing in integrated wood processing solutions — from managed forest plantations to finished indoor and outdoor furniture for export. In its first year of operation, the company’s export turnover exceeded USD 2.3 million.
THH Furniture is a member of THH Holdings Group — a multi-sector technology group operating under the philosophy of “Building Sustainable Ecosystems.” Within the Holdings value chain, THH Furniture serves as the international output link: receiving processed wood materials from THH Timber Holding House (the harvesting and primary processing unit), then refining them into finished products for direct export to global distributors, retail chains, and project contractors.
This integrated model creates a rare closed-loop supply chain in Vietnam’s wood industry: from plantation → raw material processing → finished goods manufacturing → export. The entire journey is controlled within a single ecosystem, minimizing supply risks and ensuring transparent traceability for every shipment.
The company’s head office is located at 302 Phu Vien Street, Bo De Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi — sharing premises with Innoteck, another member of the THH Holdings ecosystem.
2. Manufacturing Capabilities
Production Facilities
THH Furniture operates two production sites:
Main Factory — Tuyen Quang: Located in Thai Hoa Commune, Tuyen Quang Province, covering 20,000 m² (2 hectares) including sawing, drying, surface processing, panel joining, packaging workshops, and administrative offices. This is the primary facility serving all export orders.
Factory 2 — Soc Son, Hanoi: Dedicated to supplementary processing for THH Furniture; does not export directly.

Equipment & Production Lines
The Tuyen Quang factory is equipped with synchronized production lines from raw material intake to packaging:
- 10 industrial drying kilns with automated moisture control — comprising 6 small chambers (40 m³ each) and 2 large chambers (70 m³ each), plus 2 auxiliary kilns.
- High-frequency joining press lines using Koyobond D4 adhesive (meeting EN204/205 water resistance standards).
- 4-side planers, R2 edge rounding machines, and precision hole-punching machines.
- Multi-grade sanding systems ranging from P180 to P400 depending on product line.
- Oil coating and finishing lines for outdoor surface protection.
- Heat rolling lines at 50–60°C for surface smoothing and fiber suppression.

3. International Certifications: FSC & BSCI
In the wood export industry, certifications are not decoration. They are prerequisites for market access.
FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) — Chain of Custody: THH Furniture holds FSC CoC certification, verifying that the entire product chain — from responsibly sourced plantation wood to the final product — is controlled and transparently traceable. This is a mandatory requirement for most importers in Europe and North America.

amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative): This certification ensures that THH Furniture’s factory meets international standards for social responsibility — including working conditions, workplace safety, and workers’ rights. For international retail groups, BSCI is a prerequisite before signing supply contracts.
ISPM 15: Certification for heat treatment and fumigation of all export wood packaging and pallets. THH Furniture maintains this certification monthly — not a one-time permit, but a continuous inspection process.
Export Market Compliance:
| Regulation | Market | Significance |
|---|---|---|
| EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) | Europe | Timber origin traceability, GPS coordinates of plantation areas |
| Lacey Act | United States | Legal supply chain verification for imported wood |
| JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) | Japan | Dimensional tolerances and surface finish quality |
4. Export Markets
THH Furniture products are currently exported to four market regions, each with distinct technical and legal requirements:
Europe (EU): The most demanding market for sustainability credentials. THH Furniture meets EUDR and FSC CoC requirements, providing transparent timber origin documentation for every shipment. Current partners are concentrated in Denmark, Italy, and Germany.
United States (US): A large-volume market focused on Decking Tiles, Outdoor Furniture, and panel boards for DIY retail channels (home improvement stores). Strict Lacey Act compliance.
Asia: Including Japan (requiring absolute dimensional precision and rapid response), the Middle East, India, and ASEAN countries.
Australia: Newly added to the export strategy in 2026, focusing on outdoor wood products.

All export shipments are dispatched via Hai Phong Port, with convenient road connections from the Tuyen Quang factory and Hanoi office. Minimum order: 1×20ft container. Flexible payment terms: T/T, L/C.
Moisture Content Standards by Market
One of the critical factors determining export wood quality is moisture content (MC) control. THH Furniture applies market-specific standards:
| Market | Standard MC |
|---|---|
| Europe (EU) | 8 – 12% |
| United States (US) | 8 – 12% |
| Japan (JP) | 10 – 14% |
Wood failing to meet the moisture standard is returned for re-drying at 100% — no exceptions.
